Apart from an extensive range (of mainly mechanical) parts to suit Dolomite Sprints we also carry a range of parts to suit other OHC Triumph vehicles. Parts can also be specifically ordered for 2000/2500 range and other Triumphs.
Accessories. We can supply fibreglass cold air boxes which can be modified to suit various carburettor set ups on Dolomite Sprints.($80). We also can supply genuine Sprint Group 2 fibreglass wing extensions, ie mudguard flares.($300 a set)
EBC Kevlar Brake Pads. A range of latest technology Kevlar brake pads to suit all Triumphs, and other vehicles, from road usage to full race.
Eco Gem Fuel Enhancer. An ethanol based formula that acts as a fuel catalyst improving fuel burn. Eco Gem reduces exhaust emissions, improves fuel economy and has upper cylinder lubricate to assist leaded motors to run on unleaded fuel. A $10.00 bottle treats 500 litres.
Flamecrusher Race Wear. Full range of single layer and FIA approved multi layer race suits along with driving gloves, boots, socks and balaclavas.
Magnecor Spark Plug Leads. We make to order spark plug leads to suit most vehicles using high quality Magnecor inductive leads. Lead material has a 10 year guarantee.
Megapulse Battery Life Maximizer. Unit connects across the terminals of your battery, and during battery charging pulses the battery to stop sulphation of the plates. Cost $99.00
12 Volt Float Charger. 900 milliamp fully automatic boost/float charger, used with Megapulse to maximize battery life for infrequently used vehicles. Cost $63.00
Penrite Oil. High quality Australian made and owned lubricates. Penrite has an oil which is ideally suited for any vehicle being used in Australian conditions.
Piranha Electronic Ignition. Replaces your points with an optical sensor. Improves starting and all round performance of any "standard" ignition system. Ideal for all cars, particularly Stag's with the twin point distributor.
Race Suit Rentals. We have available a range of single layer and FIA approved multi layer race suits for rent, saving the cost of purchase for that once a year event.
Red Line Lead Substitute. A safe and effective valve seat protection additive which is designed for use in engines require the lead protection. A bottle of Lead Substitute cost $20 and contains treatment for approx 400 litres of fuel.
Rover V8 Engine Parts. We can supply to order a large range of Rover V8 engine parts along with Landrover Discovery and RangeRover parts.
SPRINTPARTS High Energy Ignition. An affordable quick and easy installation. HEI will improve starting, performance and economy and simple to convert back to standard. Cost $120.
SPRINTPARTS Programmable Ignition. Must be used in conjunction with the HEI unit. Ideal if your distributor is worn or has the incorrect advance curve. The programmable ignition unit is programmed to your desired advance curve and is able to be changed to a different curve while the engine is running. Perfect for changes in weather condition or fuel quality. Cost $190.
DeltaMax PC programmable ignition system. Allows you to program your ignition advance curve at 800 rpm steps. Two curves can preprogrammed and selected as desired. Includes and rpm limiter. Cost $350.
Super Pro Suspension Bushes. Polyurethane bushes available to suit a large range of applications.

Ventilated Disc Brake Conversion
We are sure that most people who drive their Dolomite Sprint in a spirirted fashion will be well aware that the standard factory brakes are only just adequate for the job of stopping the car in normal conditions. This brake conversion has been designed to fit Triumph Dolomite/Sprint using the original factory supplied Sprint alloy wheels. The supplied calipers will give an increase in pad size of approximately 50% over the original factory set up and the disc rotor is double the thickness. [more]

Cylinder Head
The cylinder head is what makes a Triumph Dolomite Sprint so unique. The head designed won Triumph (Leyland) an International design award. It was the first mass-produced 4 valves per cylinder, head to be fitted to any car.

Exhaust
The 16 valve Sprint motor responds well to an increase in exhaust diameter and therefore a reduction in back pressure. [more]

Gearbox
The standard Dolomite Sprint/Stag/TR3,4,5,6/2000/2500 gearbox is basically very reliable and strong unit. One of the best features of these gearboxes is the Laycock overdrive units attached to them. [more]

Induction
All new cars these days have a cold air induction system, nearly 30 years ago when Dolomite Sprints were new, they also used this idea. The original Sprint air cleaner assembly has 2 inlet tubes on the front, which should be connected, via flexible hose, to a bracket mounted beside the radiator. Very few Sprints have the flexible hose fitted and even fewer cars have the mount bracket.
For every 4 degrees C reduction in inlet temperature horsepower increases by approximately 1%.

Suspension and Steering
We can supply reconditioned lower ball joints, which are supplied with new rubber boots and have grease nipples fitted so you can grease them to increase there in-use life. This is an added bonus over the replacement items that have been available for the last 15+ years.

Shock Absorbers

The Megapulse Battery Maximizer is a small unit that is fitted across the terminals of your battery. During charging of your battery a pulse is applied to the battery which brakes down the sulphation on the battery plates. This sulphation is the major cause of most batteries failing. [more]
